Here are some of the stories from our travels.
On the road again
The other night I received a call at 7.50pm from someone who had unexpectedly run out of drinking water. They had called around desperately looking for water delivery but understandably no one had answered.
I was just heading home from the last delivery of the night when the call came in. After she explained the situation it was off to our council approved drinking water site for one final load. By 9pm my truck was connected to the household water tank and they were topped up with fresh clean water. It’s times like these that make the job worth it.
We are a Ministry of Health registered carrier
We believe it is our responsibility to deliver safe and clean drinking water to the people of Central Manawatu. That’s why we are registered with the Ministry of Health as a licensed Drinking Water Carrier under The Drinking Water Standards for New Zealand (DWSNZ 2005).
The DWSNZ was established to set standards for the safety of drinking water. All carriers of drinking water in New Zealand must ensure that any water sold or supplied for potable purposes, that is, drinking and food preparation or personal hygiene, meet the requirements outlined in the standard.
We only source our water from council approved sites and regularly have our equipment tested for the health of you and your family.”
